BOSTON –– A Massachusetts federal court overseeing a benzene action has granted a motion to compel filed by the plaintiffs, ruling that defendant Berryman Products Inc. must produce all responsive depositions in prior litigation and must outline the steps necessary to make confidential depositions available under prior protective orders.
