LINCOLN, Neb. -- A federal judge overseeing a benzene case has issued an order stating that the progression of the proceedings will be established after the same court makes a decision on bulk supplier and sophisticated user motions for summary judgment in another benzene case. Peet v. Barton Solvents Inc., et al., No. 4:09-cv-03021 (D. Neb.).
