Mass. Federal Court Permits Benzene Plaintiff to Amend Complaint to Add Details on Work History, Medical Condition




BOSTON –– A Massachusetts federal court has granted a motion to amend brought by a former automotive mechanic who stated that he intended to clarify additional details of his work history and provide more information on his work condition “to reflect the full disease process which is the subject of this lawsuit.”

Judge Allison D. Burroughs of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts entered an electronic order on the court’s online docket on March 16 granting the motion.
