MINNEAPOLIS –– A judge overseeing an insurance coverage action related to underlying benzene claims has revised a final judgment order, changing the language so that it can be appealed.

In the Feb. 19 judgment, the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota included that it found “no just reason to delay entry of judgment,” which was language the parties stated would allow them to appeal the final judgment.
