Parties in Pennsylvania Liquid Wrench Benzene Case File In Limine Motions

PHILADELPHIA –– The plaintiffs and defendants involved in a benzene case alleging exposure to Liquid Wrench have filed in limine motions challenging expert testimony admissibility and the plaintiff’s ability to reference lost wages or future medical expenses.

The separate briefs were filed Nov. 20 in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County.

Rocco LoBraico said in his lawsuit that since he started working as a mechanic in 1979, he had been exposed to a number of benzene-containing products, including Liquid Wrench. As a result of the exposure, LoBraico says he developed multiple myeloma.
