ST. LOUIS –– Plaintiffs appealing the dismissal of their benzene claims against Harley-Davidson (NYSE:HOG) have until March 25 to file their appellant brief, according to a briefing schedule released by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit.

On Feb. 28, the plaintiffs additionally filed their statement of issues on appeal, specifically contesting the District Court’s decision to throw out their benzene claims on collateral estoppel grounds.
