Another Benzene Defendant in Louisiana Suit Moves to Dismiss Third-Party Claims

NEW ORLEANS –– Benzene defendant Turner Industries has moved to dismiss cross-claims it asserted against a number of its co-defendants, according to a recent court document.

In the Feb. 17 motion to dismiss filed in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana, Turner says there are no objections to its dismissal of cross-claims asserted against Hebert Brothers Engineers Inc., Jacobs Field Services North America Inc., JE Merit Constructors Inc., JE Remediation Technologies Inc., and Jacobs Constructors Inc.
