Mich. Parties in Benzene Case to Begin Voir Dire May 6; Parties Object to Numerous In Limine Rulings

DETROIT –– Parties in a benzene case involving Safety-Kleen’s 105 Solvent product have been ordered to appear for voir dire on May 6 by a Michigan federal court, according to a recent notice.

The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan issued the notice to appear on Feb. 12. Magistrate Judge Mark A. Randon is set to preside over the jury selection process.
