Michigan Court to Address Motions to Preclude Testimony of Kopstein, Brautbar in Benzene Case

DETROIT –– A Michigan federal court has scheduled a hearing to address several in limine motions filed in a benzene case, including challenges to the testimony of Melvyn Kopstein, Ph.D., and Dr. Nachman Brautbar.

According to a notice, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan will address the motions on Dec. 23.
