BOSTON –– Plaintiffs in a Massachusetts benzene action have urged a federal court to take a second look at the qualifications of a plaintiff expert whose testimony has come under admissibility attacks, according to a recent motion.

On Feb. 18, the plaintiffs filed a motion in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, asking the court for permission to supplement the summary judgment record with two exhibits, which they claim related to the admissibility of Dr. Sheila Butler.
