Benzene Case Slated for April Trial in Louisiana Postponed to June

NEW ORLEANS –– A District Court in Louisiana has granted an unopposed plaintiff motion to continue, pushing back a benzene trial to June 10, according to a recent order issued by the court.

In the Feb. 5 order, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana further instructed the parties to complete depositions and discovery by April 19 and file any in limine motions by April 23.

The trial is expected to last three days, according to the order.
