BOSTON -- A District Court judge has granted two more voluntary motions to dismiss defendants who unsuccessfully appealed an admissibility dispute to the U.S. Supreme Court. Milward v. Acuity Specialty Products Group Inc., No. 1:07-11944 (D. Mass.).
In an electronic order entered on the docket on April 7, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts granted motions to dismiss Henkel Corp. and Radiator Specialty.
Separate motions to dismiss the parties were filed March 29 and April 6, each asking the court to dismiss the claims as to the respective defendants with prejudice. Similar motions were filed last month …
