CAMDEN, N.J. -- Plaintiffs in a benzene action who have argued that their failure to disclose a bankruptcy proceeding was nothing more than an "inadvertent mistake and misunderstanding" have filed a suggestion of death. Taylor, et al. v. The Sherwin-Williams Co., et al., No. 11-3413 (D. N.J.).

In the Jan. 23 filing with the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the plaintiffs note that Wayne H. Taylor passed away on Jan. 15.

The underlying complaint was filed by Taylor and his wife, Leslie Taylor, in the New Jersey Superior Court for Camden County in February 2009. …
