Dow Chemical Moves to Transfer Venue in Louisiana Benzene Case

NEW ORLEANS -- Stating that the case has "no connection whatsoever" to the district in which it was filed, a defendant has moved to transfer pending benzene claims to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana.
