11th Circuit Again Gives Plaintiffs Extension on Filing Brief in Camp Lejeune Appeal

ATLANTA -- Plaintiffs appealing the dismissal of their Camp Lejeune benzene exposure action will now have until October to file their brief with the The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit after the court granted another extension. Jones v. United States of America, No. 11-13158 (11th Cir.).

The motion for extension of time to file the brief and exhibits was unopposed and is the second extension entered in less than one month. The plaintiffs now have until Oct. 18 to file their documents with the appellate court, according to the Sept. 23 order.
