La. Judge Enters Orders Indicating Intent to Dismiss Claims Against Defendants

LAKE CHARLES, La. -- A judge overseeing a federal benzene case has issued two orders dismissing claims against a defendant and indicating an intent to dismiss for failure to prosecute. Hargrove v. Bridgestone/Firestone North American Tire, No. 10-00318 (W.D. La.).

In a one-page June 2 order, Judge Patricia H. Minaldi of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana granted a joint motion to dismiss with prejudice defendant CNA Holdings LLC.
