DOCUMENTS
  • Complaint
  • Removal Notice

CAMDEN, N.J. -- A benzene defendant has removed a lawsuit that was filed in 2009, claiming that the plaintiffs had failed to disclose a personal bankruptcy filing initiated after the personal injury action. Taylor, et al. v. The Sherwin Williams Co., et al., No. 11-03413 (D. N.J.).

On June 14, U.S. Steel Corp. removed the complaint to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, citing the on-going bankruptcy proceedings involving the plaintiffs.

The complaint was filed by Wayne Howard Taylor and Leslie Taylor in the New Jersey Superior Court for Camden County in February 2009.
