CLEVELAND -- An Ohio court has denied a defense motion to sanction plaintiff attorneys for their alleged failure to comply with discovery orders, opining that it accepted the plaintiffs' position that "they have done the best they can at this point to answer the interrogatory." Baker, et al. v. Chevron USA Inc., et al., No. 05-227 (S.D. Ohio).
