CLEVELAND -- Chevron has told an Ohio federal court that it intends to pursue a motion to dismiss medical monitoring plaintiffs from a benzene-related action, arguing that an amended complaint recently filed by the plaintiffs still fails to properly identify the chemicals that allegedly injured them. Baker, et al. v. Chevron USA Inc., et al., No. 05-227 (S.D. Ohio).
