WILMINGTON, N.C. -- Just one day before the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation issued its decision creating a centralized docket for all pending Camp Lejeune water contamination cases, a North Carolina federal court declined the opportunity to revisit an earlier decision in which it declined to dismiss claims asserted against the United States of America.
