LOS ANGELES -- Parties in an acute myeloid leukemia benzene case began jury selection this week in California, sources told HarrisMartin Publishing, and opening arguments were slated to begin the afternoon of Jan. 20. Head, et al. v. Chevron Corp., et al., No. BC358265; Hammond v. Chevron Corp., et al., No. BC366771 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).
