1st Circuit Hears Arguments in Benzene Admissibility Dispute




BOSTON -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit has heard oral arguments relating to a dispute in a benzene case in which the parties dispute whether a plaintiff expert applied a methodologically reliable approach when reaching her conclusions, according to the court's online docket. Milward v. Acuity Specialty Products Group Inc., et al., No. 09-2270 (1st Cir.).
