GALVESTON, Texas -- More than 100 plaintiffs have filed an intervening petition in a class action that accuses BP Products North America of releasing 17,000 pounds of benzene from a Texas facility for more than one month. Fontenot, et al. v. BP Products North America, Inc., et al., No. 10-00295 (S.D. Texas).
