BEAUMONT, Texas -- The plaintiffs in a Texas benzene case have filed several joint motions to dismiss their claims against Radiator Specialty and Ingram Barge Co. McClurg, et al. v. Ingram Barge Co., et al., No. 09-504 (E.D. Texas).

On July 30, motions were filed with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, noting the stipulated dismissals of the defendants with prejudice.

On Aug. 18, the plaintiffs also filed an unopposed motion to amend the scheduling order, citing prior commitments of experts and scheduling conflicts as the reason for seeking an extension of certain deadlines.
