Parties in 5 Cases Involving Safety-Kleen Solvent Designate Experts

LOS ANGELES -- Parties in five Safety-Kleen multiple myeloma cases pending in the Los Angeles County Superior Court have designated experts and will begin depositions shortly, sources said. Safety-Kleen Solvent Cases, Judicial Council Coordination Proceeding No. 4601; Contreras v. Safety-Kleen, BC393495; Gillan v. Safety-Kleen, BC358325; Romero v. Safety-Kleen, No. BC410629; Taber v. Safety-Kleen, No. BC358326; Wilson v. Safety-Kleen, No. BC406129 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).

Sources told HarrisMartin that the parties recently declared experts in five cases scheduled for trial: Contreras, Gillan, Romero, Taber and Wilson. Expert depositions are slated to begin in August, sources added.
