MM Case Scheduled for June Preliminary Conference; Amended Complaint Filed

NEW ORLEANS -- The parties involved in a Louisiana multiple myeloma case are expected to conduct a preliminary conference in the second week in June, according to recently filed court documents. Wagoner, et al. v. Exxon Mobil Corp., et al., No. 09-07257 (E.D. La.).

According to a preliminary conference notice filed with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana on May 12, a telephone conference is schedule for June 10.

Among the items expected to be addressed at the conference are whether parties have completed mandatory disclosures, as well as scheduling a pre-trial conference.
