OKLAHOMA CITY -- An Oklahoma resident has filed a benzene complaint against his former employer, contending that his leukemia was caused by exposure to benzene-containing products present at his work site. Radatz v. Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corp., No. 2009-7647 (Okla. Dist. Ct., Oklahoma Cty.).

Plaintiff Leroy E. Radatz Jr. filed the complaint in August 2009, contending that his employment at Burlington Northern Railroad for approximately six years required him to work with benzene and benzene-containing chemicals and solvents.
