Lawsuit Alleging Fuel Truck Exposure is Set for February 2011 Trial

LAS VEGAS -- Claims asserted on behalf of a fuel trucker have been scheduled for trial on February 7, 2011, according to a recent scheduling order issued by the Nevada trial court. Lewis v. Rebel Oil Co., et al., No. 08A566869 (Nev. Dist. Ct., Clark Cty.).

In a Jan. 21 order, the Nevada District Court for Clark County said that all other discovery-related deadlines in the myelodysplastic syndrome case would remain the same.
