Insurers in Benzene Action Seek Dismissal, Say Insured No Longer Party in Action

NEW ORLEANS –– Four insurers involved in a benzene action have filed motions to dismiss, arguing that since the insured has been dismissed from the complaint, the plaintiff cannot bring claims against the insurers. Authenment v. Ingram Barge Co., et al., No. 10-02107 (E.D. La.).
