Ky. Plaintiffs in Dismissed Case Seek Final, Appealable Order

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Kentucky plaintiffs whose claims were dismissed on statute of limitation grounds have filed a motion for entry of a final and appealable order, claiming that there is no reason to delay certification. Jeffries, et al. v. Thermo Fisher Scientific, No. 07-192 (W.D. Ky.).

However, according to documents recently filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, the defendants are split on whether such an order should be entered.
