Plaintiffs Object to Employer's Designation as Responsible Third Party

BEAUMONT, Texas -- Plaintiffs in an automotive paint benzene action have objected to the designation of the decedent's employer as a responsible third party in the action, arguing that the defendants have not provided sufficient information linking the employer's actions to the decedent's illness.
