2 Defendants File Motions Seeking to Add Employer as Responsible 3rd Party

BEAUMONT, Texas -- Two defendants involved in an automotive paint benzene action have filed motions to designate responsible third parties, contending that the plaintiff's employer did not provide a safe working environment for its employees.
