BEAUMONT, Texas -- Two defendants involved in an automotive paint benzene action have filed motions to designate responsible third parties, contending that the plaintiff's employer did not provide a safe working environment for its employees. Smith, et al. v. E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Co. Inc., et al., No. 08-00385 (E.D. Texas).
