Parties in Houston Case File Joint Case Plans; Radiator Specialty Dismissed

HOUSTON -- A number of administrative orders were recently filed in a benzene case involving the claims of a former offshore seaman worker, including the dismissal without prejudice of defendant Radiator Specialty Co. Davis, et al. v. Shell Oil Co., et al., No. 09-384 (S.D. Texas).
