WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- The parties who recently reported a settlement to a federal court have filed a stipulation of dismissal on March 12 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. Stromberg, et al. v. Ashland Inc., et al., No. 07-332 (M.D. N.C.).

As to defendant Ashland Inc., the plaintiffs note that the stipulation of dismissal is with prejudice.

In February, the parties told the court that a settlement had been reached and that the instant stipulation would be filed by March 24.
