Technical Products Supports Motion to Dismiss Filed in Kentucky

LEXINGTON, Ky. -- Parties in a Kentucky benzene case continue to dispute whether a defendant's products were present at the work site during the plaintiff's employment, with the plaintiffs arguing recently that just because the defendant stopped supply the chemicals doesn't mean they weren't present.
