Indiana Court Reverses Summary Judgment in Consolidated Asbestos Case

INDIANAPOLIS - In a consolidated asbestos case, an Indiana appeals court has reversed a trial court's decision to grant summary judgment to several defendants who claimed the plaintiffs were barred by the 10-year statute of repose from pursuing damages for their asbestos-related illnesses.
