MDL Motion for Mass Screening Order Challenged, Reinforced

PHILADELPHIA - Defendants in the asbestos litigation have renewed their request for the adoption of an MDL case management order that would place limits on mass X-ray screenings that they say ultimately lead to the filing of thousands of claims by unimpaired plaintiffs.
