WILMINGTON, Del. - A group of attorneys who represent plaintiffs in the asbestos litigation have petitioned the Federal-Mogul bankruptcy court claiming that if it accepts the transfer of cases removed by the Big Three auto makers, the court should abstain from hearing claims filed by plaintiffs with cancer.
