Breach of Contract Suit over Consultation in Asbestos Case Improperly Pled, Court Says




NEW ORLEANS - A Louisiana attorney who intervened in an asbestos personal injury claim to receive payment for his work on the case has had his lawsuit thrown out because he failed to allege a judiciable cause against any of the correct parties.
