LOS ANGELES -- A California appellate court has reversed a summary judgment award for two premises defendants in a secondhand exposure case, opining that one of the defendants did not present sufficient evidence to prove that it did not owe a duty to the plaintiff, who never set foot on the defendant's property. Honer v. Ford Motor Co., et al., No. B189160 (Calif. 2nd Dist. Ct. App., Div. 7).
