Changes Ordered to B&W Proof of Claim Form and Instructions

NEW ORLEANS - A Louisiana district court judge ordered a second round of revisions to the Babcock & Wilcox Co.'s proof of claim form and instructions in order for the form to be approved and the bar date established. In re: The Babcock & Wilcox Co., et al., No. 00-0558 (E.D. La.).

The debtors' motion for entry of an order establishing a bar date, approving the proof of claims forms, and approving the form and manner of notice in the matter will be granted when the proof of claim form and instructions are resubmitted with the court's requested changes.
