SEATTLE - A manufacturer has a duty to warn about a product's inherent dangers if the product requires the use of another product and the two together cause a release of a hazardous substance, an appellate court has ruled in reversing summary judgment for a manufacturer in a former Navy machinist mate's asbestos suit. Simonetta, et al. v. Viad Corp., et al., No. 56614-8-I (Wash. Ct. App., Div. 1).
