NEW YORK - Plaintiffs in an asbestos action who remained inactive for 20 years failed to demonstrate that they would be prejudiced by a stay pending adjudication of related insurance litigation, a New York appellate court has ruled. Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's London, et al. v. Pneumo Abex Corp., et al., No. 602493/02 (N.Y. Sup., App. Div., 1st Dept.).
