Court Says Expert's Causation Testimony is Admissible in Meso Suit

DETROIT - A Michigan appellate court has affirmed the admissibility of a plaintiff's expert's testimony establishing a possible causal connection between inhalation of brake lining dust and mesothelioma, finding that the trial court did not abuse its discretion.
