Flowserve: Fla. Man's Case Fails under Asbestos & Silica Act




MIAMI - Flowserve Corp. has petitioned a Florida appeals court for writ of certiorari, arguing that a trial court's denial of its motion to dismiss a plaintiff's asbestos claims is erroneous because the plaintiff's claims fail under the state's Asbestos and Silica Compensation Fairness Act.
