Appellant Cites Ohio Authority in Debate over Florida's Asbestos Act

MIAMI - A defendant appealing a trial court order that found the retroactive application of Florida's asbestos legislation unconstitutional has submitted as supplemental authority a recent decision in which an Ohio appellate court upheld the constitutionality of Ohio's asbestos legislation challenged on similar factual and legal grounds.
