Jury Finds for Union Carbide in Reverse Bifurcation Asbestosis Case




PHILADELPHIA -- A Philadelphia jury has determined that an Italian immigrant's injuries were caused by asbestos and awarded $1 million in damages for those claims, but has ultimately found no liability on the part of Union Carbide, the lone remaining defendant in the case.
