CHARLESTON, S.C. –– The representative of the estate of former asbestos defendant National Services Industries Inc. has filed a lawsuit against Asbestos Corporation Limited, accusing the company of "regularly avoid[ing] contributing or paying any funds either through its insurance or otherwise to claimants and thus caused Plaintiff to should these costs despite the fact that ACL was the supplier of the harmful asbestos and failed to properly or adequately warn Plaintiff.”
