PHILADELPHIA - A federal judge has ruled that a material issue of fact exists as to whether defendant General Electric Company had a duty to warn a former sheet metal mechanic of dangers associated with exposure to asbestos used to insulate steam turbines GE sold to the U.S. Navy. Chicano v. General Electric Company, et al., No. 03-5126 (E.D. Pa.).
