PITTSBURGH, Pa.-The U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Pittsburgh on Jan. 15 ordered a stay in a New York state court coverage action filed after the bankruptcy petition. The bankruptcy court also found that the coverage action void ab initio because it implicates the debtor's rights and liabilities under the insurance policies.
